    Any agency can list what they offer. Fewer will tell you what they will not do. These are not limitations: they are decisions that protect your business.

    We will not run campaigns without margin data

    If we cannot see contribution margin, we cannot make commercial decisions. We will push for access before we start, not after the first quarter.

    Optimising for revenue without knowing margin is guessing. We do not guess with your money.

    We will not manage social, email, or channels outside our specialism

    We manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. For Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo and everything else, we partner with dedicated specialists who are better at it than we would be.

    A generalist agency spreading £4k/month across five channels gives you monitoring, not management.

    We will not chase roas targets that ignore profit

    If your ROAS target is 4x but your margin is 25%, you are breaking even. We will not optimise towards a number that looks good in a dashboard but loses money on the P&L.

    Vanity metrics protect agencies. Commercial metrics protect businesses.

    We will not accept briefs without proper onboarding

    We will not skip the diagnostic phase to start spending faster. The first 2-3 weeks are mapping, auditing, and understanding your business. Rushing this stage costs more than it saves.

    Every structural mistake in week 1 compounds for 12 months.

    We will not hide behind 'the algorithm is learning'

    If performance drops, we will tell you why, what we are doing about it, and when you should expect it to recover. 'Give it more time' is not a strategy.

    You deserve explanations, not excuses.

    We will not lock you into long contracts to protect ourselves

    After the initial implementation period, we move to rolling monthly with 30 days notice. If we are not delivering, you should be able to leave.

    Retention should be earned, not enforced.

    We will not take credit for branded search

    If someone types your brand name into Google, they were already coming. We will not inflate our numbers by claiming brand conversions as incremental wins.

    Honest measurement means measuring what we actually influenced.

    We will not recommend budget increases without justification

    Every spend increase comes with a commercial case: projected margin impact, diminishing returns analysis, and a clear rollback trigger if it does not work.

    More spend is not a strategy. Profitable spend is.

    What We Will Do

    Tell you the truth, even when it is uncomfortable

    If your product margins cannot support paid acquisition, we will say so. If your website is the bottleneck, we will tell you before we start spending. If scaling will hurt more than it helps, we will show you the maths.
